These are prompts from some other place besides a book that ask to examine certain aspects of yourself. I will not have created these prompts myself, so I want to pay respect that they came from somewhere.
This months’ prompts are going to be coming from this substack that I recently started following:

What are you currently seeking, emotionally, spiritually, or mentally?
I am currently seeking more spiritually than emotionally or mentally anything. I am trying to find my own spiritual truths. I grew up as a Christian. That is the truth. I have always clung tight to that because it was what was taught to me to be. I was taught to believe in that faith, but it has never felt like my own individual truth. Every time in life I have felt somewhat attached, through a romantic partner or just friendships, to anything outside of the norm, it has felt like peace.
Recently, I was at a meeting for a proposal that went live in my city for a homeless center hub. A person at it shared about their thought process and shared a tarot reading to me. It felt different this time. I didn’t have a moment of feeling like I wasn’t allow to listen. I felt like I needed to know more. I talked to them briefly about it. They shared openly and it allowed me to explore a part of spirituality that I had not considered. I have purchased a couple books on tarot cards now, but I also have had on my shelves crystal for healing type books. I have always believed in the energies of the universe, but I kept pushing it to the side in favor of this “preferred” USA religion of Christianity. I recognize now that I believe in the energies we put out in the world. I believe that there is a certain healing that can take place in crystals as well. I used to be afraid to share these energy type belief systems, but it is more truth and more my core self of who I am and what I believe. I believe in nature and that we are loved by the nature around us in weird and mysterious ways. I would say my belief system now is more attuned with the idea of reincarnation or simply returning to the earth. I am at peace with this ideas well. Spirituality is something I hope to continue to explore in this next year. I think it is something that is going to be vital for my continue growth as a human to pay respect to the fact that I am wanting to understand my own path with spirituality.
